Quiche
Dough
- Mix 250 g flour with 1 teaspoon of salt
- Mix in small cubes of 160 g butter
- Add 1 egg
- Adjust with little milk or flour until the dough is not too sticky
- Create a disk and place in the fridge for 1 hour
- Blind bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 °C
Broccoli
- Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes
- Then drain and cool down in cold water and drain again
Pan
- 100-150 g bacon
- Spring onion or leek
- 30 g butter
Assemble and bake
- Empty pan into a large bowl
- 200-300 g creme fraiche
- 4-5 eggs
- Add pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, nutmeg
- Paprika powder and/or turmeric powder
- Chili powder (optional)
- 150-200 g grated cheese
- Mix and pour into the blind baked dough
- Add the broccoli
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 °C
