Marmorkuchen (vegan)
Prepare/buy
- 400 g flour
- 10 g starch
- 160 g sugar
- 15 g baking powder
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- half teaspoon salt
- 350 g oat milk
- 100 g apple jam (apfelmuss)
- 215 g rapeseed oil
- 15 g cocoa powder and 50 g oat milk for the cocoa part
Then
- Butter and flour the gugelhupf form
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Mix all wet ingredients
- Mix everything together
- Separate dough into two halves
- Into second half add cocoa powder and oat milk and mix
- Layer the two doughs
- 180 deg for 60 min
